I started back at the gym this morning. I Decided that I needed to be there by 8:00 a m, and that I was going to do the big treadmill. the big elliptical, the big recumbent bike, the big stair-master and finish it all off with a round of Zumba-toning. And you know what happened? I did it all!! Whoo-hoo! Well, I actually only did half of the Zumba class. But I’m happy that I got at least an hour and a half of exercise in.
What about you? Have you joined the gym? Or maybe you’ve made the decision to get fit by walking or running? statistics say that folk who join the gym after the new year will only stick at it until Feb the 12th or 14th (?). Since I’m paid up for four-months I can assure you I’m not going to be counted among them statistics. I will for-sure get my monies worth. (Actually, I got such a great deal at the gym I’m sworn to secrecy about it. )
I’ve also started a food-log. Now, that might not see it passed midnight tonight, but the plan is to keep track of every little morsel I’m eating or drinking so I can see if and where I need to make change. I’d like to be healthier and stronger (and younger, and more beautiful). Ha-ha, healthy and strong is the goal.
